Welcome to 2nd Goffs Oak (Methodist) Scout Group.  We have our own Headquarters and we are based behind the library in Goffs Oak on Goffs Lane, midway between Cheshunt and Cuffley.

We have three sections:

• A Beaver colony for boys and girls aged 6 to 8 years old
• A Cub pack for boys and girls aged 8 to 10 and a half years old
• A Scout troop for boys and girls aged 10 and half to 14 years old

Like the rest of the Scout Association, we aims to teach young people the principles of good citizenship and self-reliance through a structured training programme involving practical indoor and outdoor scouting activities, fun and games.

All of our adult leaders are volunteers and devoted to offering the best possible scouting.  We are delighted to welcome new helpers, whether or not in uniform, helping in the sections, fund raising or supporting the group’s executive committee.   If you are interested, please don’t hesitate and contact us at admin@2ndgoffsoak.org.
